Your payment is due upon receipt, no later than the 15th of the month. On the 16th of each month you will be charged a $25.00 late fee for unpaid balance. We will charge 1% interest of the total unpaid balance on the 17th of the month and each day therafter until the balance is paid in full. Your account will be put on hold if payment is not received in our office by the last calendar day of each month and you will be unable to charge until balance is paid in full.
